...dgs is three and he has got chickenpox which started thursday, now he has an unrelated or possibly related lump which has appeared behind his ear about an inch big..any ideas what it could be..it is under the skin ie no head

I 've looked that up yes it sound s like that..so we will just watch inc case it grows a lot bigger and or becomes angry looking..thank you for your help,
