Do I really need to get this checked? Or paranoid hubby?!

I’ve had this small, very hard painless lump on my head for literally like a year. I didn’t know what it looked like until recently but can’t seem to find any matching stuff on le olde DrGoogle. Any ideas?!

I’d make a routine appt to get it checked. I recently saw my gp about a long-standing blemish that hadn’t faded and it turned out to be an age spot however the gp said I’d done absolutely the right thing in getting it looked at.

It's a sebaceous cyst which could grow if left alone. It can be easily removed so yes better to see your doctor.
