I’m coming out the other side of some sort of virus (still got a tight chest) and a heavy period and I feel like someone’s sucked out all my energy. If I could sleep I would, but work full time so chances are limited. I also suspect I’m still low in iron (some blood tests a few months ago show d slightly lower levels which the gp said to manage with otc supplements).
Anyway I was wondering if anyone has any top tips/quick fixes for how I might feel a bit better?
