Generally in a bad mood. Pissed off with everything. Most has some justifiable basis, but generally I am pretty lucky and there's no underlying big problem.
Pissed off with work, fed up with chronic sinus problems, overwhelmed by household admin, feel taken for granted in home life. Nothing major.
What should I do to switch my brain to positive? (Going out into the sunshine for some exercise is not currently an option as I'm supposed to be working & have family taxi service commitments later).
