I have so many missing teeth at the back that I feel my face is starting to shrink. I already have 2 implants at the front and the rest of my mouth is in a poor state. I desperately would love to have all teeth removed and have the new 'all-on-4' implants (teeth in a day) in both upper and lower jaw.
Has anyone had it done? Looking for recommendations as there seem to be so many doing it now. The cost seems to be about £35k 
which I absolutely don't have, but I've spent years unable to smile without feeling embarrassed and now that it's really affecting how I look, I just need to do something about it.
Otherwise can anyone tell me the best way to get recommendations please.
