Had knee surgery in a fracture last week. Wearing a brace set at 30 degrees. I have crutches and supposed to be FWB. I am hobbling and not due back for further assessment for a week.

My question is, is there anything else I can be doing? I read on some forums that people ice their knee? I was given no instructions on discharge really. I hobble a bit around the house every hour and rest of time keep the leg up. Does it need to be at a certain level?

Any advice? Tried to speak to the ward for further advice but no one has come back to me yet
