Unexplained bruise like mark big toe

Do you think I need to see a doctor about this or is it just a bruise? I don’t have a clue how I got it but have just removed nail varnish which has probably been on a good few weeks. It doesn’t hurt...any thoughts?

I think I would get it checked out to be on the safe side OP.

Have you done any long walks?
Mine went like this after long walks, and eventually fell off. There wasn’t any obvious discomfort at the time either .
