What the hell is this?

I've had this on my ankle for ages now. I had a mosquito bite there, so I thought at first it was scaring from where I scratched it, but now I'm not sure?
Does it look a bit fungal to anyone?

It's been like it for months and I've had no other symptoms. It doesn't itch and it isn't sore. I've bought some anti fungal cream in case it is ringworm.
