I was put on Carbamazepine yesterday for Trigeminal Neuralgia - I have a first follow up appointment with a rheumatoid specialist at the end of the month. At my first appointment in May I was given a transforming IM steroid injection - this is wearing off now with resulting joint stiffness & swelling so I'm very keen to have a second one.
Would anyone here know if I'll be able to have the Depo-Medrone if still on the Carbamazepine?
