Hello, Has anyone suffered from recurring impetigo? My daughter has had it three times during the last few months, and two of those times I got it as well:-( As you can imagine it’s really delightful (not) to be a 40
year old woman covered with a face covered in scabs:-(
It does respond well to antibiotics but is there anything else I can do to stop it from reoccurring? We already don’t share towels etc. And have good hand hygiene.
It’s so horrible every time and also leaves me with scars:-(
(Sorry to only complain about myself but my daughter recovers much more quickly and doesn’t end up with scars like me).
Any advice would be appreciated.
