I woke up this morning with discomfort in my pelvic area after peeing and when I went to pee again it was slightly burning. I booked an app at the docs and she tested my urine and said it came back with high levels of blood (white blood cells) as if I was on my period. I assured her I wasn't and I've had no bleeding or spotting whatsoever. She didn't say anything else other it's indicative of an infection. Also tested for pregnancy and it was negative. I've been having period cramps but not as intense and generally don't feel like I do when I start my period. Is it late because of the infection or? By the way im 3 days late
