Help! DD got chickenpox spots today and wedding to go to on Saturday!!

Will the spots have scabbed over by Saturday?? Is there anything I can do to speed the scabbing up?

Nope sorry , allow at least 5 days from onset fo spots before no longer contagious, scabs or no scabs. Tepid baths in bicarb of soda helped but the spots tend to come in crops over a period of several days.
