Hi all,

I am starting running in a couple of weeks alongside power walking with the pram (trying to lose the baby weight).

I have tried numerous diets in the past but find I lose motivation a couple of weeks in.

I am leaving towards just trying to be generally healthier.

Any other tips that will aid in weight loss alongside moving more (following couch 2 5k)
