sore tongue on 19mdd

Hi my otherwise healthy 19mDD has dev temp today and has large red ?ulcer on tongue tip about size 5pence piece. Any idea what to do?

Check for signs of hand, foot and mouth perhaps? (google it any way).

Sounds like hand foot and mouth.

Don't forget the calpol, ulcers are agony.
