Should I be worried about this bite?

Had this over a week. Extremely itchy every night still but other than a little red has been ok. It now looks like this with the red line near it.

Might be infected. I'd nip to pharmacy and ask their advice and draw a line to track it too.

Are you scratching it lots?

I had a bite where the inflammation spread about the span of my hand. Visited the pharmacist just in case. He said not to worry about the "tracking" and go with antihistamine cream and tablets
