Peter update 3/8/07

hello

He is doing well, his memory is almost back to normal and most of the confusion has also gone. he is still listed as urgent, and the general feeling now amongst the medics is to leave him on urgent untill he gets a transplant. which means we are in for the long haul. i dont suppose anyone has an empty house in the rickmansworth/harefield/uxbridge area we can rent v v v cheaply for the holidays?

i am visiting every other day right now, as i feel the girls shouoldnt be spending every day at the hospital.

Excellent news misdee, you have your husband back he can communicate again.

yes and he can remember what i have said lol. he did laugh a lot at himself in his state of confusion, so he kept his spirits up.

got back earlier than expecting, due to me having an allergic reaction still going on nd feeling like poo in the heat of the hospital. feeling bad now as just found out he isnt having any other visitors today.

will be back there on tuesday when i get paid and can fill up the car again with petrol. have enough for another trip down there in the car, but dont want to go tomorrow during the day in case he gets called for transplant and i wont have any fuel. plus need to go food shopping and sort out packed lunch stuff tomorrow.

Misdee, I need to write to various companies to try and get sponsorship for printing costs etc, and I'd like to include a paragraph about Peter - if you get a chance, please could you post something here or email me on littlelapin at gmail dot com if you prefer?
