Fell out of a door on Monday and injured my leg near the bottom of my shin. It landed on a metal rim on the bottom of the door and took the weight of the fall. It was very painful at the time and swelled up at the point it hit immediately. After sitting there for about 10 minutes I got over the initial surge of pain although still painful.
So midweek I noticed my foot and ankle of the same side have bruised which is weird because I didn't hurt my foot. It doesn't hurt or anything although my leg is still very tender to the touch. It is swollen a bit still and it just aches inside my leg. I woke up feeling it last night.
