Sorry for posting here not sure if it's the right or not looking for some advice ?
So I had a planned c section 6 months ago and a tubal ligation.
About 10:30 last night I got what felt like the start of a stitch like pain about 3 cm above my right hip. The pain has increasingly got worse the only way to describe it is like the worst stitch pain it's worse if I take a deep breathe in or if I attempt to sit up or move that's when it's at its worst if I am up it's just sore.
I don't have a temp, water walks ok not sure what else it could be I haven't done anything to cause injury. ?
Anyone had anything similar ?
