Scared to leave my house

For the past few weeks/months I'm becoming increasingly anxious. My jaw constantly feels clenched and like it's out of control almost - I can't explain it. My head is spinning.

It seems to be worse whenever I am out of the house. Even at others peoples houses, I'm scared I pass out or come across as weird so I have just been in my house for a month or two.

I'm absolutely terrified but scared of becoming agorophobic, how do I stop this?

Does anyone else understand what I mean by anxiety and the strange jaw feeling?

How are you feeling now?
I've had the strange feeling in the jaw that you talk about. For me it was clenching my jaw in my sleep so badly that I woke myself up! You need to see your dentist. Mine was absolutely brilliant & prescribed a sleep clench inhibitor. It's a small "splint" that sits on the front teeth of the lower jaw. You wear it only to sleep in. I was very stressed & suffering from anxiety, this consequently led to the jaw clenching. I'm amazed that such a small thing has worked wonders & I now sleep so much better. Try & research Bruxism, it could explain a lot. Good luck!
