Help! What can I do about vaginal 'wind'?

Name-change for this one as is

Crawled across the bed last night & halfway across felt myself fill up with air (I know I know TMI sorry). DH was in the room so tried to hold things in but it didn't work & I let out the loudest, longest rip I've ever heard. DH cracked up so I laughed too but it's really not funny as it's happened in public a few times too (I had to 'admit' to my dad that I'd let off getting up from the sofa as telling him the truth was just too horrifying a prospect).

Apart from the pelvic floor exercises (which I do but after having dc no4 they're just not cutting it) is there anything more I can do? Do those toning cone things actually work? Please someone help.

I had two c-sections, and found my pelvic floor was much weaker afterwards than before. Vaginal delivery is hard on the pelvic floor, but so is just carrying a baby around for 9 months.
