Chiropractor advice

Hi
I'm seeing a chiropractor tomorrow for the first time to hopefully sort out some lower back and shoulder pain.

Would anyone be kind enough to advise what may happen to me. I'm feeling a little nervous. Thanks!

They'll talk to you about your general health and if there is anything in particular tart you think is causing the problem.
Usually you'll be asked to undress and wear a hospital type gown.
They may take xrays if they have the equipment.
They will examine your shoulder and probably neck and back as often linked.
They will manipulate your shoulder. They may use an ultra sonic wand thing.
The main point is always be honest, and say immediately if something is uncomfortable or hurts.

Thank you for this. Appointment went fine although I was quite shocked at all the pulling and tugging.
