Nighttime Decongestant

Have had a hideous head cold for a few days now and when I try to sleep, it feels like I’ve had cement poured into my nose. The nighttime cold & flu tabs (bog standard Tesco) aren’t helping, neither have Sudafed.

Does anyone know of a decongestant that’ll unblock me overnight?

Actifed micro-mist spray thingy, would unblock concrete and lasts the night

BUT

Use it for maximum 5 days, and not a minute longer... afterwards it causes rebound congestion, I ended up using it for months a few years back

Sudafed nasal spray. Again it's for short term use

Sudafed nose spray (not tablets). I swear by it. Literally changed my life as I have a dust allergy so can get bunged up quite easily and I get quite panicky when I can't breathe through my nose. I keep some by my bed. It works super quickly.

A liberal application of Vicks and some Nightnurse usually does the job for me.
