Baby has ridges

My baby has vertical ridges on his nails, on one hand only. Anyone know what causes it? Can't find anything on google about babies.

Examples include iron-deficiency anemia, psoriasis and alopecia areata, a condition that causes hair to fall out in rounded patches. Iron-deficiency anemia is most common in babies 9 to 24 months of age, according to Medline Plus, and an iron-deficiency screening is recommended within that age range."

It might be wise to get this checked by your baby's doctor.

We have a pediatric appointment next Tuesday, so will mention it to them whilst there. He is 6 months old, so only just starting weaning.
