restless legs

anyone have this or have remedies for it? it's driving me up the wall, especially at night. I've tried bananas & reducing caffeine. Any other suggestions welcome

Not personally tried but was looking into it for a friend and saw a lot of anecdotal positive reports around those weighted blankets. My friend hasn’t bought one yet but is going to give it a go. Q

Magnesium spray from Holland & Barrett. I've suffered for years, this is the only thing that helps.

just checked my multivitamins & they contain B12, vit D & magnesium so is tgat ok or do i need to take them individually? I've also ordered a magnesium spray which was supposed to arrive today but hasn't Sad

The magnesium spray helps me. Low iron can cause sore legs at night. Also make sure you don’t get dehydrated ever.

Get your blood sugar tested, I had restless legs then had a blood test for something else and my blood sugar was pre diabetic. I low carbed, it went down to normal levels and my restless legs completely went.
