Ovarian cyst?

Hi all I am 21. For the past month I've had variable bloating and for the past two weeks I've had bad pelvic pain and lower back pain and sharp pain in my pubic area by my hip on my right side. I also have a fullness in my bladder area regardless of whether I need the toilet or not. I went to the docs last week and she said maybe a UTI but she just gave me antibiotics and didn't test my urine. Its now day 4 on antibiotics and no improvement. I'm going to go back and speak to her but does this sound like an ovarian cyst to anyone? I'm thinking that's what it could be.

I'm no fan of diagnosisng over the internet, but I didn't have those symptoms when my ovarian cyst was found.

I've also found that antibiotics kick in really quickly for UTIs, so I would go back to your GPs and would ask them to test your urine (though the antibiotics probably would affect that test ??? - I'm no medic )
