Possible PCOS

Had a scan a few months ago as periods have suddenly become very erratic, scan showed polycystic appearance of ovaries, I also have weight gain, acne and excess hair plus periods are very heavy and long when they do come. Went to gp with scan results and she sent me for blood tests to check hormone levels and for diabetes as there is family history of this. She tested testosterone, LH, FSH and hba1c. I queried whether these hormone tests needed to be done at certain time in my cycle and she said no. Phoned up surgery today to see if results were back and to get follow up appointment and get told all the results are normal and no further action is required. I’m really confused, do these blood tests mean I don’t have PCOS or should I go back to gp given my symptoms? Thanks
