Right.
I have never done any proper exercise except occasionally attempting the gym on and off when I was younger.
I’m now in my late 30s and the mother of 6 children! I’m overweight by quite a few stone and even though I have always been bigger than I should be I do carry it quite well until I get past a certain point, and I past that point a couple of stone ago!
What exercise can I do that won’t involve going to a gym, that isn’t running?
There’s lots of places to walk my dogs but they’re all little flat faced breeds and They can’t really go in long walks, especially when it’s hotter than 20 degrees.
