DP is having a vasectomy reversal on Monday. I feel as though he should be taking supplements to aid recovery/reduce swelling etc.
Does anybody have any experience as to what post operative supplements there are, and which are best?
I have read that you need Vitamins A,C,E,K, Bioflavonoids, grape seed extract, fish oils, bromelain, coenzyme Q10, arnica, iron but it seems impossible to find something that contains all of this.
Based on the location of the surgery, I guess the most important thing is wound healing and minimising swelling etc.
Would appreciate any advice! Thanks
