What is this itchy mark on my leg?

I've had this mark on my leg for around 9 months now. It's about 4cm long and other little similar areas come and go. It's quite itchy.
I did show it to my doctor but he did nothing about it. Dies anyone know what it could be? And what I can do about it?

Have you tried anti fungal cream?

Ringworm?

Varicose eczema

I would say fungal. Go back to the GP or a diff one.

oh, and I am a doctor, although not a dermatologist!
