Posted in chat but thought I'd get responses here.

I think my body is broken and I dunno what could be wrong.

I feel like I'm boiling, although not overly hot to the touch. Super clammy. Tired as hell. Effort to breath. However on checking temp expecting it to be high it's 36.1 (my normal is bang on 37). And suggestions wtf is up with me?!!? Can't get comfy I feel so hot and damp. I also feel like my heart is in my throat or something.

Do you suffer from anxiety?

PotterHead1985 · 21/07/2019 17:21

I have done in the past. Not lately though.

Age? Peri-menopause?

Have you checked your symptoms against the Sepsis checklist? sepsistrust.org/about/about-sepsis/

PotterHead1985 · 22/07/2019 06:16

I'm 34. I was wondering about peri menopause and if I was getting it early.

If you're sweating (clammy) that will lower your body temperature as is expected. If its cool outside, try sitting at the front or back door for 10 minutes and see if it helps you feel less hot inside. Anxiety can cause a feeling of hot and clammy and breathlessness and the feeling of your heart in your throat. Have you been stressed lately or had a lot on?

TwattingDog · 22/07/2019 07:20

Have you been out in the sun too much this weekend? Or not been able to cool down?

I'm thinking dehydration, sunstroke etc.

What have you done in the last few days?

PotterHead1985 · 22/07/2019 11:45

I had been very worried but not for the last couple weeks.

Not done much the last few days either. Just looked after my mum.
