Pelvic/lower back pain

Any ideas? 27 year old female.

Do have a hiatus hernia but I don't think it's anything to do with that.

Been under a lot of stress.

Pain feels like period pains but worse and more constant, period pains usually mild and fleeting for me. It's in pelvic area and lower back, not due on for another 10 days.

Had MAP on Monday after sex on Sunday, sex was protected (used a condom) and withdrawal and checked for leaks etc afterwards (still took map as severe pregnancy phobia)

Nurse dipped urine yesterday and said no sign of infection. Pain seems to be central, and a bit towards left side.

Also feeling extremely emotional (and have v bad health anxiety)

Thanks in advance for any help Thanks

The MAP can mess your cycle up so you may find your period is early (or late), and different to normal. The hormones could also be making you extra emotional. My money would be on that, especially if you've already had your urine dipped.

Another possibility could be constipation? Sometimes that gives me period-like pains
