Cerazette- Does the bleeding ever end?!

So, due to endometriosis, Pcos, a history of migraines and a high BMI, the mini pill is pretty much my only option. Most of them have turned me into a psycho, but cerazette hasn't impacted my mood this time. However, I'll just coming to the end of my first month and I have bled for 10 days straight, flooding a extra heavy tampon and towel in 2-3 hours. Has anyone else had this? I saw the GP today who said irregular bleeding can happen and to stop it if I want, but I'm out of contraceptive choices now if I do (implant and coil not an option) and with the endo I do need something to keep it at bay. What have people's experiences of Cerazette been? Do I continue and bleed like Dracula's bitch for weeks on end or call it a day? Google hasn't been all that great for finding posts on cerazette and flooding.

Maybe give it a few months to see if it settles
