Hi everyone, I need some advice!

I always end up feeling really heavy and sluggish after a meal which makes it hard to sleep. One of my friends says she eats probiotic yoghurts etc but I was wondering if any of you had any other suggestions?

Thanks Smile

Don’t eat within 3 hours of going to bed.

Eat smaller more frequent meals

I have been trying this for a while and it has helped but not a lot - was wondering if there was anything specific that I can eat as the last thing before I go to bed? Hmm

Cut down high carbs - potatoes, rice, pasta etc., they make you tired, and bloated.

@NanTheWiser

All my favourites unfortunately! But looks like I might have to cut down. Thank you
