Tummy Bug

Hi just wondered if there is a tummy bug going around at the moment? Can't stop going to the loo, have a headache (feels like there is a brick on my head!) and also a funny taste in my mouth?

DSD has a bit of a nasty head cold at the moment, I'm just dealing with hay fever haha

A few have called in sick thanks to a bug doing the rounds here at least it's awful summer bugs!

Paracetamol, plenty of fluids rest and see how you go, I'm not an expert so take what I say with a grain of salt and go to the doctors if you feel it's something else
