18 day period, when will it end?!

Today's day 18, days 12 to 14 it slowed down and thought it was over, nope, back with a vengeance.

Not sure what's causing it, never had this happen before. I have a copper coil but had that over a year without an issue. I have pcos but that usually causes me to skip periods. I'm 37. My mum has atypical endometrial hyperplasia. Rationally I know it's unlikely to be anything serious but can't help but worry.

Any advice?

I would see a GP - I had this as a child and they gave me some meds to stop the bleeding. Might well make you go anaemic with that much bleeding.
