I woke up last night to feel a bunched muscle in my leg, with the pain rushing at me at 100mph. I could see the bunched muscle twitching in my calf as I tried to stretch the leg. It went away after a few minutes but I was crying with pain. Then the same thing happened to my other leg a few hours later!
I know it's not serious but my GOD it hurts. I do yoga and am active so does anyone have any advice/tips?
