Is this just a bad reaction to a bite?

My DS got this bite through his trousers, or something crawled up his leg. He has three just like this. He’s currently in rural Greece when he got it.

Looks more like shingles, never seen a bug bite like this.

went to doctors and he got antibiotics. Not shingles but a bite, possibly a spider, or just a bad reaction
