A boisterous toddler and a house full of toys means I've got legs and arms covered in bruises. What's your best remedy amto heal quickly? Thanks

Get a tube of Hirudoid cream from Boots . It disperses bruises really well.

Arnica cream. Works a treat.

OP, if you’re covered in bruises just from normal toddler play, I’d go to your GP and get your clotting and platelet count checked.
And if the bruises are not, in fact from your toddler, but the result of domestic abuse, then please don’t think you have to hide them, lie about them, or heal them rapidly to conceal them. Get help from Women’s Aid or the Police.

Babdoc I appreciate your response both on platelet and DV as this could very well have been a plea for help. I do however think I've been a bit dramatic in my post and I promise apart from one big buggy incident and repeatedly bashing of the new wooden walker toy, I'm fine and some arnica will help I'm sure xxx
