I had the hormonal coil fitted 11 weeks ago after an abortion and I'm getting cramps in my lower stomach and down my leg. I had this a couple weeks after I had it fitted and now every other week maybe. I get it when I'm stressed (not sure if related) and when I exercise and sometimes just when I'm sat around. I went back to the clinic for a vaginal scan and they saw it was all in the correct place and said it was probably due to where it's new and my body is still getting used to it.
Has anyone had this? I'm slightly worried and the pain doesn't go with pain killers
