I’m on my feet for most of the day while I’m at work. When I’m driving home I notice that the back of the tops of my thighs are really sore. They’re noticeably bigger and more dimpled at the end of the day. I’m finding it really depressing - I thought that doing lots of steps would be good for the appearance of your legs! Is it water retention? What can I do to ease it? I’ve tried body brushing but it isn’t making a noticeable difference. TIA!
