and I dont have Coeliacs disease. Which is great but I'm a bit upset because it would have explained a lot of how I'm feeling.

So where do I go from here, do I go back and continue to nag the doctor.

I would, not sure what your symptoms are but if it is affecting your quality of life then you need to persist?
