I have a mallet finger injury.
The splint that I've been given today by the local, helpful, lovely NHS Urgent Care centre means I can only move my finger from the very base where it meets my hand and not bend it all at.
However, on the NHS website it says that the splint shouldn't cover the middle joint so that you can keep bending your finger. I'm to be in the splint for 8 weeks.
Should I go back to the hospital?
or contact my GP?
or leave it as is?
