Prescribed 50mg yesterday temporary nausea yesterday but jaw etc is so tense, if someone asked me what it felt like taking E in the 90s I’d have said I couldn’t remember until now. Will it stop? I’m meant to make another appointment in a month to see how I’m getting on but if I thought this was a sign of it not being a good match for me I’d rather see GP asap

You have my sympathy. It’s fucking painful I had this on 100mg and I’ve never known pain like it. I made an urgent GP appointment and was switched to venlafaxine

Try taking 25mg initially (that's what I advise my patients) and increase to 50mg when the side effects settle

Sorry should have said he said to take 50mg on alternate days for a fortnight so I haven’t taken 1 today
