Tiny lump in neck

So, maybe two months( or more) ago I found a teeny tiny lump in my neck. Just on the bit where your jaw curves.
It's so teeny tiny it's almost not there. But it is there. Feels like a rock hard little pea.

I have been to drs, who were ace. Sent for bloods that day , an ultra scan within a week.
All fine. Scan said it LOOKED like nothing untoward. Which is great. Such a relief as there is a family history of lymphoma.

Do I just leave it now, or go back to drs and ask for a (needle)biopsy ? I know of others that have been told everything was fine and it turned out the lump was cancerous.

Would you go back?

Did they say whether it was a lymph node or not? The neck has hundreds of them, and they can often come up when you’re run down.

I have 2 on the side of my neck that have been there for years, if I poke at them (anxiety related) they swell even more, but they’re normal for me.

If you’ve had an ultrasound and they didn’t seem alarmed, then I’d try not to worry too much.

And try to leave them alone, I know it’s difficult, but prodding them won’t help.

How deep is it?

Have you had shingles?

I've always had lumps in my neck. Whenever I'm not well my neck comes up. If I have a cold sore I have a lump in my jaw. So when I had a lump in my neck for 18 months I didn't worry about it. Eventually I did go to the GP on the advice of a friend. Turned out I'd got a tumour in my tongue. 4 chemo and 25 sessions of radio therapy later I'm told it's clear but I might have to have lymph nodes removed from my neck. Please don't ignore it like I did.

Thing is I have a lump at the back of my neck that comes up if I get a gnat bite or am unwell. This little hard lump feels nothing like it.
I know it sounds odd, but when they asked 'does it move' or 'how big is it' I really can't tell. Just feels like a really hard little end of a Rod or something???
And I am trying not to fiddle with it... doesn't seem to get any bigger or smaller
