I haven't breastfed for a year now so I don't think it's mastitis /blocked duct but my daughter does still like to mess and pull at my boobs even though she's three now. But I'm not sure if it's that that's caused this pain. I had to take the morning after pill a month ago and it started hurting after that. Then it went away for a bit and now it's back. What could this be and does it warrant a drs visit? It doesn't look sore but is tender just underneath the nipple and the breast tissue seems a bit hard and this is the bit that's sore.
