Eczema...is this infected? (Pics)

Eczema has recently spread to my hands. My little finger in particular, and seems to be under the nail bed. Anyway, the side of my nail keeps going crusty and yellow plus the end of he finger seems swollen

Do I need something other than my (very strong) steroids? Sorry my camera wouldn't zoom in properly without going blurry

Yeah you might need some fucidin, the doc should prescribe it. My DS has constantly infected eczema on his hands 😊

I thought it was annoying on other parts of my body, but on the hands is a killer
