What happens if I need to go to A&E and do not have anyone to have the kids..Im lay in bed in agony trying to decide if i should wait till morning or not..I have no family or friends near by .

Take them with you. If you need to stay in, the staff there can soft out care for them.

If had leads of pain in my right side for a week now..its getting unbearable tonight..I also have no way of getting there other then ringing for a ambulance..Im thinking of just holding out till Morning x

My only naughbours and close friend is in Glastonbury....think im going to ring NHS direct least they can asses me over the phone and tell me if they think I need to in xthanks guys never allowed to be ill when mum x

If it's that bad 111 will send an ambulance out anyway. Ring 999 and get to hospital. Your kids will be fine.
