I had blood test on Tuesday, when I took plaster off later I had like a blood blister and bruised.
It’s normal for me to bruise, it was just the blood blister I’d never had before.
Fast forward.
5 days, this morning I got up and straight away when I moved my arm it hurt like a pulling
Even now it’s still there, not an ouch my any means
But I developed this red/purple mark now above where the bruise are on each side.
I’m thinking is it a blood clot
Am not usually like this, but my friend had s sore arm for a few weeks and at that point she went to gp who sent her to hospital
They kept her in wouldn’t let her go home to sort kids out
It was a blood clot

I'm not a nurse but when I was in the military, that is what my arm looked like every single time they took blood. It could be something or nothing. Bruising on its own doesn't mean blood clot. Call 111 for advice if you're concerned.

Not don’t the bruises, it’s when I lift my arm
Ive always git bruises, only have to bang myself

Probably nothing

Is the vein itself hard and tender? If not I wouldn't worry, just some localised trauma

This is definitely how my arm looks after having a blood test. I think it's just bruising, but get it checked if you're worried.

It’s fine.
