So I came off the pill in November. Fell into a pattern of periods every 40 days, lasting only 3ish days. Had a major episode of extreme panic disorder and anxiety one month, for put on antidepressants and it's gone, then I was a week early, I am now over due by a day or two, feel anxious (but just been through an upsetting event that I don't want to discuss as it'll possibly reveal my identity to any friends etc on here) and also have had headaches for 2 weeks and this week feel nauseous like the type when you've got flu/bad cold!!! Should I see the g.p?

I would. I had a coil that completely masked my meno symptoms and eventually went to the doctor with rosacea, low mood, zero interest in anything. My bloods put me in the post meno range. HRT has sorted me right out. If I were you I’d go and have a good chat with your GP and present them with all your symptoms. Quote below from NICE guidelines re treatment of low mood is useful and the meno board on Mumsnet is a fabulous support.
Consider HRT to alleviate low mood that arises as a result of the menopause.

1.4.6 Consider CBT to alleviate low mood or anxiety that arise as a result of the menopause.

1.4.7 Ensure that menopausal women and healthcare professionals involved in their care understand that there is no clear evidence for SSRIs or SNRIs to ease low mood in menopausal women who have not been diagnosed with depression (see the NICE guideline on depression in adults).
