Hi all, I have these odd times when I suddenly feel really nauseous, have an ache in my right abdomen, frequently need to do to the loo (sorry tmi). If I don't eat regularly I feel much worse, more sick. It feels like early pregnancy nausea, but definitely not pregnant! Please help me understand what this could be. I'm at a loss and it's really exhausting thinking about it. Thank you.

Go to GP.

No one here can diagnose you.

Imagine if we all said 'Oh, that's nothing OP, just ignore it' and you took that advice, and then two years later found that it actually was a serious condition and by not having treatment in those two years, you had actually missed the boat to have treatment at all?

Anyone can claim to be a doctor on here.

Go see your actual doctor

Yogagirl123 · 28/06/2019 19:35

I am NOT a Dr, and yes I agree with previous posters advising you to see your GP. Having experienced similar symptoms in the past it turned out to be Gallstones, but who knows it may not be that in your case. Book an appointment with your GP.

Thank you all, you're right. I have been to the doctors previously and was told I was constipated so was just looking for any more help. Perhaps people should be a little less aggressive on this forum sometimes.

I don't think you have actually had any aggressive replies, OP.

Read them through again imagining they were all written by softly spoken, gentle people who would just like to offer you some kind, sensible thoughts.

Hope you feel better soon. Smile

I am a dr. How old are you and how long has this been going on and have you lost weight?
Bowel symptoms that have been going on for more than 3 weeks trigger a gastro referral.
If you are over 35 and feel bloated you should get a CA125 done.
Any significant weight loss without trying should be investigated.
As PP have said you need to go to your GP.

Aggressive Hmm

GenevaMaybe · 28/06/2019 20:52

IBS or gallstones i’d day.
Disclaimer: not a doctor

tirerout · 28/06/2019 20:53

Thank you. I'm 34 and have had this off and on for 2 years. It seems to flare up when I am stressed. I haven't had any noticeable weight loss. I will go to the doctors, thank you all.
